Red Mountain facilitated a half-day strategic workshop with the Dublin leadership team, structured around three activities. The session began with an honest examination of how the team was currently working: where energy was being well directed and where it could be better channelled. This was followed by an ideation session focused on growth opportunities, using Red Mountain's Golden Rules of Ideation to ensure the conversation was generative and focused rather than circular. The workshop closed with a concrete action planning session, translating the ideas and priorities that had emerged into commitments the team could act on immediately.
